Everything was just great.. Housekeeping every day. Front desk ladies to help you and plenty of space!! Good food next door on both sides..next door to Nick's w music nightly and the Broadwalk Restaurant with early morning extra large delicious coffee. Beautiful beach right in front of you, great balcony strip, w convenient stairs down to broadwalk/beach (I was on the second floor). Privacy was easily attainable w one large window shade. Plenty of dressers and night stands and closet space. Super handy long counter space was so awesome to put things on. TV is wall mounted. Bed was comfortable, room temperature control was easy, water pressure amazing. Absorbent towels, nice hair dryer. Balcony chairs comfortable. Doors close securely. These were the things most important to me, perhaps my mentioning them will help others to decide in Diane's favor. They would be picking the right place for the right price. I was very happy at The Diane, and would stay there again. The room size alone is worth it. Note the room lighting, wow you can really see.

The location was phenomenal, and they were very accommodating. They also have chair and umbrella rental, but check with the front desk cuz they went up to double the next day but after inquiring brought it back down. They supply glasses in your room, real silverware dishes and they'll also come in and straighten up, empty the garbage and give you new towels, Even if you're not there. The deck is amazing you're like you're not even two feet from the boardwalk. And the ocean is literally right in front of you. You get a coffee machine/ but bring your own ground coffee and creamer.

Location was excellent. The view from the room is stunning. Loved the full size fridge. It’s right on the boardwalk so bars, restaurants all in close walking distance. Loved that this hotel was on the beach but that you didn’t need to cross a road to get to beach. Would highly recommend.

Location location location!!! Friendly staff, super helpful and nice attention to our needs. Clean room and bathroom with really nice updated fixtures. Plenty of outdoor chairs and lounges. Great party vacation atmosphere for weekends, quiet weekdays.
